Strategic Partnerships Developer

Create and facilitate links between resources in the U.S. (churches, leaders, and people) and ministries in Berlin and eastern Germany.  The outcome of this will be short-term personnel, e.g. interns and short-term teams, as well as long term networking and leadership development.  This assignment requires occasional travel to the U.S. to develop new connections and to maintain existing connections.  Requires good communication skills, envisioning others, and helping others develop creative ideas.

Holistic Ministry Catalyst

Primarily identifying and networking social and physical needs in the city.  This role is to be a catalyst to extend the gospel into these needs with local and global churches.  It requires good communication skills and networking, along with some teaching and project management.  Someone that desires to see the gospel message put into action in the context of the church.

Church Planting Catalyst

This role is for someone with a desire for cross-cultural church planting and a willingness to work alongside indigenous leaders to facilitate church planting.  This role might work with 1-3 church planting projects concurrently to provide leadership development, discipleship training and evangelism.  The role requires a willingness to work in a developing/start-up role and not to stay long-term in one situation.
